Diane K. Toner joined Godosky & Gentile in 2009. Before joining us, Diane advocated for plaintiff's as an appellate attorney. She successfully handled dozens of appeals, safeguarding plaintiffs' verdicts and obtaining judgments against defendants at the appellate level. She has argued in the First and Second Departments of the Appellate Division and in the Appellate Term. At Godosky & Gentile, she applies her talented research and writing skills to the firm's substantive motion, post-trial and appellate practice.
Diane is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law and is licensed to practice law in New York.
