Pasquale is a Member of Godosky & Gentile. Prior to joining the firm in 2002, Pasquale honed
his courtroom skills prosecuting criminal cases as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx District Attorney’s Office.
Over the past two decades, Pasquale has devoted his expertise as a trial attorney to fighting for the rights of seriously injured and deceased victims of general negligence and medical practice. Pasquale’s hard work, tenacity, and thorough preparation have resulted in a proven track record of success, winning many millions of dollars on behalf of his clients and their families.
Some past verdicts/settlements include: $10.5 million for a women who suffered hypoxic brain injury due to a failure to diagnose a kidney infection; $6.4 million for a child whose benign brain tumor was misdiagnosed; $2.9 million for an infant who suffered persistent hypoxemia due to failure to diagnose a congenital heart defect; $2.5 million in a case involving obstetrical malpractice resulting in a birth injury to the mother; $2.35 million for a construction worker who suffered an elbow fracture from a fall on the job; $2.05 million in a dram shop case against a bar on behalf of a passenger injured in a drunk driving crash. Pasquale has had numerous other verdicts and settlements of $1 million or greater.
Pasquale graduated from Villanova University in 1987 and earned his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 1992. He is admitted to the practice of law in New York, Connecticut, and the U.S. Federal District Court for the Southern District of New York.
