Jeffrey R. Brecker has been with Godosky & Gentile since its inception
in 1995 and has over 40 years of experience as an attorney for both
plaintiffs and defendants. He has handled all aspects of personal
injury, malpractice litigation, and commercial litigation with a focus on
construction site accidents. He has achieved a number of substantial
jury verdicts and settlements on behalf of the firm's clients.
Jeffrey has received Martindale-Hubbell's highest ratings for legal
ability (A) and ethical standards (V) and has been listed in the "Who's
Who in American Law" since 1992. He is listed in Best Lawyers in
America and named to the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 list in civil
litigation. He is a member of various bar associations, and currently
sits on the Board of Directors of the New York State Trial Lawyers
Association and has sat on the Medical Malpractice Committee
of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. He is a past
chairperson of its Tort Litigation Committee.
Jeffrey is a graduate of New York University and the New England
School of Law. Jeffrey is admitted to the Bar of the State of New
York, the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of
New York, and the United States Supreme Court. He has taught and
lectured in the areas of torts and legal procedure.
