James King

James King joined the firm in 2016. He is a seasoned litigator who has obtained millions of dollars in settlements for the firm's clients in addition to numerous successful motions and appeals. In 2021, he was selected by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in the New York metro area. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of New York and the Eastern Districts of New York.

Mr. King received his J.D. from City University of New York (CUNY) School of Law, where he was an Editor of the CUNY Law Review and an active member of the CUNY Law Moot Court team. During law school, Mr. King interned for Hon. Richard F. Braun (Ret. Supreme Court, NY County) and the Urban Justice Center. He also previously represented hundreds of disability claimants seeking SSD/SSI benefits from the Social Security Administration.
